Black Background Portraits

 

$280

Black background portraits create a timeless, striking image of your horse with every distraction stripped away. With the focus entirely on them, these portraits capture the details you know so well, from their markings and expression to the little features that make them unmistakably yours.

There is no physical black backdrop and your horse does not need to travel to a studio. I photograph them at your property using a suitable stable, barn or covered area, then carefully hand-edit each selected image to create the finished black background portrait.

You can choose to have your horse photographed on their own or step into a few of the portraits with them. If you would like to be included, an additional competent horse handler will need to be present.


Black background equine sessions are available on-location across the Hunter Valley.

FAQ

 

1. How do I book a session with you?

Each package has a booking button under it's information and will take you to the correct page to book that package. Alternatively, email me or send me a message on our socials and I can book you in that way.

2. is a deposit required?

Yes! We take a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your booking. The remaining balane is due 24 hours before your session.

3. How long does it take to receive the final edited images?

galleries are generally delivered within 2-3 weeks after your session via an online gallery.

4. How do I prepare for a portrait session with you?

Upon booking, you will receive a digital guide on preparation and what to expect leading up to & during your session.

5. do you offer payment plans?

Yes, payment plans are available for select sessions and products. Please enquire for options.

6. can i reschedule my booking?

Absolutely. I just ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice where possible.

7. do you offer prints and products?

Yes! We do! I offer professional print packages, albums, canvases, mugs, magnets, coasters & more! All with your beautiful images!

8. what happens if the weather is bad?

i am always watching the weather in the lead up to each session. If weather imapcts your session, we'll reschedule at no extra cost.
